Mathematics becomes much easier when you understand the reasoning behind a method rather than simply memorizing formulas and procedures.
This course is designed for high-school students who want to strengthen their understanding of mathematics, overcome specific difficulties, improve their problem-solving skills, or prepare effectively for tests and exams.
Each lesson is adapted to the student’s curriculum, level, objectives, and learning pace. We can review concepts that were not fully understood in class, work through exercises step by step, prepare for tests and exams, or explore a topic in greater depth.
Depending on the student’s level and curriculum, lessons can cover algebra, equations and inequalities, functions, sequences, geometry, trigonometry, vectors, limits, derivatives, integrals, probability, statistics, and other high-school mathematics topics.
My approach focuses on understanding the logic behind mathematics. Rather than simply applying a formula, I help students learn how to analyze a problem, recognize its structure, identify the appropriate mathematical tools, and construct a solution step by step. The objective is to develop stronger reasoning, greater confidence, and the ability to approach unfamiliar problems independently.
I hold a PhD in Physics and have a strong academic background in mathematics and applied sciences. Mathematics has been a fundamental tool throughout my scientific education and research, from theoretical modeling and data analysis to signal processing and experimental physics. Whenever useful, I connect mathematical concepts to concrete scientific and real-world applications to make them more intuitive and meaningful.
