I'm Certified Nationally and Internationally as a Yoga Teacher with 9 years of experience teaching several Yoga styles such as Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, Power, Bikram, AcroYoga, etc., Pranayama (mindful breathing), and Meditation techniques. I founded Abhyasa Yoga Shala, a project dedicated to spreading the yoga philosophy and lifestyle.

I completed my 200-hour training at Sequence yoga academy in Tokyo in 2023 and became a Yoga Alliance registered yoga teacher. I have been practising yoga for more than 10 years since I started my career as a vocalist to align my mind and body. My classes will introduce you to the beauty of flowing sequences and how to connect you breath with your movements. I will focus on energizing your body through core strenghth and dynamic flows or more grounding standing series. Explore your body through movement in a light and playful way and improve your flexibility while learning how to use your breath in a healing way. What I like about teaching: I'm interested in encouraging people to use their breath in an empowering and healing way. Further to that I like the combination of flowing movements and the cultivation of groundedness both with deep Ujjayi Breath. Through hands-on assists I like to support my students to get a deeper sensation of the pose and experience the borders of their bodies. Le Qi Gong est une pratique corporelle et énergétique chinoise ancestrale qui permet d'harmoniser le corps et de calmer l'esprit. Il appartient à la médecine traditionnelle chinoise (MTC). C'est une pratique en douceur qui permet d'apprendre à écouter son corps et de composer tout en bienveillance avec l'état physique et mental dans lequel on se trouve. Il est donc adapté à tout un chacun. Le Qi Gong comprend des auto-massages, des mouvements lents, des postures, des relaxations. Cours de Qi Gong Le cours de Qi Gong est ouvert à tous et se pratique essentiellement debout mais suivant votre état, vous pouvez aussi le pratiquer assis pendant ce cours. Différentes formes traditionnelles et contemporaines sont pratiquées dont le Qi Gong de Santé. Cours de Qi Gong assis Ce cours se pratique intégralement assis sur une chaise. Il est particulièrement recommandé pour les personnes à mobilité réduite, les personnes ayant des difficultés à rester debout ou bien les personnes avec une très grande fatigue. Différentes formes seront pratiquées dont le Qi Gong des Cervicales et le Qi Gong des yeux. Cours de Qi Gong seniors Qi Gong pour les seniors: cours spécifique. Suivant le groupe, les pratiques auront lieu en position assise et debout ou bien uniquement en position assise. Cours pour faire circuler l'énergie, le sang, équilibrer le fonctionnement des organes, mobiliser les muscles, assouplir les articulations et les tendons, renforcer les défenses immunitaires, apaiser le mental... Cours de Qi Gong pour les enfants et pour les parents/enfants Le Qi Gong pour les enfants est une pratique adaptée du Qi Gong avec l'aspect ludique et imaginaire de leurs âges. Différents groupes en fontion de l'âge. Les jeunes enfants de 4-5 ans sont accompagnés par au moins 1 de leurs parents. Les cours de Qi Gong sont collectifs et ont lieu en présentiel.
